If you are not completely satisfied with a Jackal6 purchase for any reason, please contact us within 30-days of your purchase. When you return your purchase to Jackal6 by mail and we receive your item within 60 days of purchase, if you paid with a credit or debit card, you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card for the purchase price of the item. If you paid with PayPal, you will receive a full refund to your PayPal account. If we receive your item by mail within 61-90 days of purchase, or if your item was paid for with your PayPal account and we receive it by mail within 90 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund in the form of an online credit for the item which can be redeemed online at jackal6.com.
